Full planning is for the client looking for complete guidance and direction throughout the entire planning journey. From start to finish, we will work together to sort out all the details while I perform the leg work of putting it all in motion. Full service planning is the easiest, most stress-free way to plan for your big day. Full service planning also includes "Day of Coordination."

Partial Planning

Partial planning services are for the client who has the ideas, know-how, and desire to be very hands-on in their event, but might need a little extra help. We will work together to fine tune all of the details and tasks that you are already working on. Partial planning also includes, "Day of Coordination."

Common Planning Tasks

Planning packages are created based on individual needs. These are examples of some common tasks you might need help with. A detailed planning package will be created just for you following consultation. These tasks may also be purchased as individual services for coordination.

• Develop and maintain budget

• Create planning timeline and checklist

• Vendor recommendations, communications, and scheduling

• Review vendor contracts

• Attend vendor meetings

• Develop design elements and theme concepts

• Assist with rentals and miscellaneous needs
